Scale Disclaimer

We try to provide the most accurate measurements for all of our products and are more than happy to answer any questions regarding our items but please review the measurements carefully before checking out. The size references for 1:6, 1:10, 1:12 have a different interpretation to everyone so please ask us if you are unsure about the dimensions of our products.

Care Instructions

  • 3D printed products should not be left in extremely hot areas where they may warp and melt, like in a hot car or near a hot stove burner.

  • Our 3D printed products can be hand washed with a sponge and mild dish soap in luke warm water (NOT hot). Do not use abrasive pads. Our products are NOT dishwasher safe.

  • Our products made with paper should be kept dry at all times.

Custom Orders

  • We are willing to consider any custom order that is requested, but we are limited by the size and ability of our printers. We will discuss the order and give you a quote before you make a payment. Just message us and ask!

  • The designing and printing process can take a lot of time so please be patient with us when you make a custom order. Depending on the object you order, it may take more or less time.

Returns & Cancellations

  • We will not refund orders for the reason of "I thought this was a full size (1:1) item". We provide very clear measurements and descriptions for what you're buying and that we design, make, and sell 3D & 2D printed items.

  • We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Email us at nmiplastics@gmail.com or contact us here.

  • You do not get your original shipping refunded if you make a return. You only get refunded for the original item cost. Refunds requested on orders that had free shipping will have the initial shipping cost deducted from the refund.

  • We do not accept returns on digital download items. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about our products prior to purchasing.

Shipping

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days after payment is received. Larger orders may take up to 7 days to ship.

  • We’ll notify you if any delays happen with your order.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Destinations

  • We ship via USPS to the United States (all 50).

  • Shipping costs are calculated by the USPS and are based on weight and destination.

  • We do not offer international shipping on our website. We do offer international shipping to some countries on our Etsy Shop You can check by adding an item from our shop to your cart.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking & Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

  • Track your order via USPS using your tracking number. You can type the number into Google or the USPS website via the button below.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us here or email us at nmiplastics@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
